At Solenari Care, we sell digital products only. This means that no physical items are shipped by post, courier, or freight unless expressly stated otherwise on a specific product page.
1. No Physical Shipping
Because our products are digital, there are:
no parcel shipments;
no postal deliveries;
no customs procedures;
no import duties or shipping carriers involved for standard product fulfilment.

This means that, after payment is successfully authorised, your digital product may be delivered through one or more of the following channels:
a download link shown on the order confirmation page;
a confirmation email sent to the email address used at checkout;
a follow-up access email, where applicable.
3. Delivery Time
In most cases, delivery is immediate after successful payment approval.
However, delivery may be delayed if:
your payment is under review;
the payment provider flags the transaction for security verification;
the email address entered at checkout is incorrect;
the email is filtered into spam, junk, promotions, or quarantine folders;
there is a temporary technical outage affecting our website, Shopify services, email delivery systems, or related providers.
4. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure smooth digital delivery, you are responsible for:
entering a valid and accurate email address at checkout;
checking your spam, junk, and promotions folders;
ensuring you have a compatible device, browser, PDF reader, ebook software, or other required application;
maintaining internet access sufficient to download the file;
contacting us promptly if you do not receive your access instructions.
5. If You Do Not Receive Your Download
If you do not receive your digital product, please:
check the order confirmation page immediately after purchase;
check your inbox and spam/junk folders;
confirm that the email address used at checkout is correct;

with your order number and purchase details.
We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
6. Shipping Costs
Because standard fulfilment is digital, there are generally no shipping charges for delivery of our digital products, unless expressly stated on the product page or during checkout.
7. Geographic Availability
Our digital products are generally available wherever the website can lawfully accept orders, subject to:
payment provider availability;
local legal restrictions;
website operational limits;
our right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary for legal, compliance, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.
8. Access Problems
If a product is not accessible due to a technical issue on our side, we will make reasonable efforts to:
resend the access link;
provide an alternative download method;
replace the file with a working version;
offer another suitable solution where appropriate.
Any refund eligibility remains subject to our Refund Policy and applicable law.
