At Solenari Care, operated by MV EDUCATION LTD, we sell digital products only. Our products are delivered electronically, and no physical items are shipped.

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products Only

All products sold on this website are digital in nature, including downloadable guides, eBooks, educational materials, and related digital resources.

Because our products are supplied digitally and made available immediately after payment approval, different cancellation and refund rules may apply compared with physical goods.

2. Immediate Access and Loss of Cancellation Right

By placing an order for a digital product on our website and requesting immediate access to the content, you expressly agree that:

delivery of the digital product may begin immediately after payment is completed;
the download link may appear on the confirmation page and/or be sent to the email address provided at checkout;
once the digital content has been supplied or access has begun, you may lose any statutory right to cancel that would otherwise apply to distance purchases of digital content, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

3. Our 7-Day Refund Window

As a commercial policy, refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.

After this 7-day period has passed, refunds are no longer available, except where required under applicable law.

4. When a Refund Request May Be Considered

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A refund may be considered where, for example:

you were charged more than once for the same product by mistake;
you did not receive access due to a verified technical delivery failure on our side;
the file is corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a working replacement within a reasonable time;
the product delivered is materially different from the product description shown at the time of purchase;
there is another issue for which a refund is required by applicable consumer law.
5. When Refunds Are Not Usually Available

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:

the request is made more than 7 calendar days after purchase;
you changed your mind after receiving access to the digital product;
you no longer want the product;
you purchased the product by mistake but already received access and no technical issue exists;
you did not read the product description before purchase;
you expected personal results, health outcomes, business outcomes, or other subjective results that are not expressly guaranteed;
the issue is caused by incorrect email details entered at checkout;
the issue is caused by your device, software, storage limits, internet connection, spam filtering, firewall, or compatibility settings;
you shared, downloaded, copied, saved, or otherwise accessed the digital content and then requested a refund without a valid legal or technical basis.
6. How to Request a Refund

your full name;
your order number;
the email address used at checkout;
the product name purchased;
the date of purchase;
a clear explanation of the issue;
screenshots or other supporting evidence where relevant.
7. Review Process

We aim to review refund requests as quickly as possible. In most cases, we respond within 1–2 business days.

We may first attempt to resolve the issue by:

re-sending your access email;
confirming the correct download instructions;
providing a replacement file;
helping you access the product on a compatible device or browser.
8. Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note:

it may take several business days for your payment provider or bank to process the refund;
any exchange rate differences, bank charges, card charges, or third-party payment fees outside our control are not refundable unless required by law.
9. Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, we ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve it.

Unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes for properly delivered digital products may result in:

suspension of access to the product;
refusal of future service;
submission of delivery records and access evidence to the payment provider.
10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to faulty, misdescribed, or unlawful digital content where such rights cannot be excluded.
